nice jungle stay
spacious bungalow comfortable bed
i found the bungalow spacious with a beautiful interior. the bed was large and very comfortable i slept well. the gardens are well maintained with many plants and flowers. i especially enjoyed the boat trip organised by the resort it was a real bonus.
during my visit i faced a power cut multiple times this was quite frustrating. there was no phone service so using my phone was impossible. i wish the staff had provided more assistance during the power outages.

the accommodation was well set out clean and air conditioned. the lighted pathways connected my bungalow to the reception and restaurant. it was easy to navigate the resort at night.

the location seemed like staying in a botanic garden. the resort sits next to a river which is relaxing. the jungle location provides an exciting atmosphere. the riverbank setting was amazing.

the resort offers two pools one is quiet and mostly for adults. the other pool seems more family friendly and busier. i appreciated the availability of two different pool experiences.

serene riverside retreat
cool ceiling efficient staff
The cabin had a cool ceiling design and felt very private. i appreciated the two swimming pools. It allowed for a choice based on preference. the gardening throughout the resort enhanced the natural ambiance. the staff were helpful and efficient .
the remote location added about thirty minutes to each tour in the region. the wifi signal in the room was poor, and network connectivity was unreliable. the food quality seemed average . i had to pay extra for linen on the sofa for my daughter

this hotel featured two distinct pools and provided various common areas . the landscaping highlighted local plants with many ancient trees preserved. many activities were available on site.

maintained gardens excellent food poor wifi remote hotel
The hotel has amazing maintained gardens. there is a huge variety of plants, unusual palms, nurseries and flowers, what a sight! the restaurant offers great selection of excellent food and drinks. I loved the live music.
the wifi was poor in the room. i also didn't have a good network signal as the hotel is remote!

some concerns noted during stay
power outage food quality
The power went out twice . the staff did not proactively inform guests or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I had to seek them out for updates. also, the food quality in the restaurant was substandard. i ordered one dish and received another, but i was charged for both. this felt quite unfair.

lighted pathways clean accommodation
the hotel bungalows were situated throughout the resort with lighted pathways. the inside of the accommodation was well set out, comfortable, and clean. air conditioning worked perfectly!!!
i experienced a very slight inconvenience with the phone service because it was limited.
